Shipping Policy

All Bazzai products are printed on demand and made to order just for you, and are fulfilled by our print partner Printify.

Production time

Orders are printed to order and typically produced within 2 to 5 business days before they ship.

Shipping time

After production, transit within the United States usually takes 3 to 5 business days, so most US orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days from the day you order. These are estimates from our print partner, not guaranteed delivery dates. International delivery times vary by destination and customs, and typically take 10 to 20 business days.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free on every US order. International rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We do not offer a paid expedited service: our print partner cannot guarantee one, so we will not sell you one.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at support@bazzai.com and we will help track it down.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to send an item back, no questions asked. Returns are mailed to our print partner's facility, not to our business address — email support@bazzai.com with your order number and we will send you the return address. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
