How fast does it ship?

Every item is printed to order, so nothing ships from a shelf. Production takes 2–5 business days, then 3–5 business days in transit — most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days of ordering. You'll get tracking by email the moment it's on the way. We don't sell a paid rush option, because our print partner can't guarantee one.

What if the size is wrong?

Our tees are Bella+Canvas 3001 — true to size with a modern unisex fit. Size up for a relaxed fit. Wrong size anyway? You have 30 days to send it back — email us and we'll get you the return address.

What's your return policy?

30 days, no questions asked. Send it back, keep your reasons. Email support@bazzai.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address — items go back to our print partner's facility, not to our office. Change-of-mind returns: you cover the return postage. If it showed up damaged, misprinted, or wrong, that's on us — we'll replace it free or refund you in full, and usually won't ask you to ship anything back. Who prints these?

Designs are ours; printing happens at professional US print facilities on premium blanks. Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe with vivid wrap prints.
